@c4m3 There was a midi music like in all those older games. Have you tried a DOSBox? It emulates all usual soundcards and midi mappers like General midi od adlib or sound blaster. And it is probably the only way how to run in under XP, Vista, 7 I suppose...

There's no revelation in this video. All those things are familiar to all blood players. It is possible to kill lots of zombies in a small room without even being hit. Byw Blood has one of the best physics.
