Sorry kids, but no steroids alone can make u look like this. Its a combination of extreme dedication, persistance, motivation and very rare genetics, along with perfect diet. If I was not correct, we would have thousands of Lee Priest's running around, signing million dollar endorsement contracts with supplement companies and being one of the top bodybuilders in the world.

Arnold and Lee competed in different eras of bodybuilding. The judging when Arnold competed was more about fullness/symmetry and when Lee competed it moved towards size and conditioning. Both of them are legends.

@insaneoffoe I was assuming that he is eating properly, like a balanced diet of carbs, fats and proteine and that he is working out like an animal in the gym, and having enough sleep then you will sorta get like lee priest. Maybe not like priest but more muscled than any other guy going to the gym. Alot has to do with genetics aswell.
