The reason judges get so annoyed at women who make allegations of abuse, is that so many women do this. Often times the women fail to produce credible and unbiased evidence. A woman just thinks I' m a women, I'm the mother and I don't lie. The trouble is many woman do lie. This gets in the way where real abuse is happening. We need to get rid of the "winner take all system" and instead work to save marriages and relationships, spend the resource on real abuse cases and punish liars

Yet, since I have been investigating this dilemma since 1997, I only fell upon TWO cases whereby the female was the pedophile. And those 2 were given custody in spite of the evidence presented to the court. For the reason that it is extremely rare for moms to sexually abuse their children.

I have no idea where you got those figures from, but if you work in the family law area, you would know this % to be false and that 70% of men found guilty of domestic abuse got full custody over the past 2 years in courts.

Most dads want to get on with their lives and they know that their newly found chicks don't want children in the equation. However, during a divorce, if one parent is a pedophile WITH evidence, the court grants the pedophile parent custody. Additionally, I didn't state that 70% of "found guilty" pedophiles get custody. No, the real mother has been trying to get a recovery order to work for over two years, and the local authorities have gone against federal law. I never knew how "easy" it was for someone just to take someone's child (even if they have a long police record, including assaulting police), and all they do is send the kidnapper letters as if they were a bill collector.
