Wow, I just found out that is the movie I saw years ago at a friends house. I remembered seeing a crazy horror movie years ago and only remembered the face of one of the actors that was in Basic Instinct (Daniel Von Bargen) and this led me to this movie and yup this is the movie all right!!! Now I have to get my hands on it and watch it again.

I can handle the somewhat cheesy special effects of any movie if the content is as awesome as the one in this movie not what I can NOT tolerate are movies with good effects that suck Ass! Besides overall, the effects in this movie werent that bad. I've seen worse

What a piece of shit movie I had ever saw. Who the hell was the protagonist, why was the guy who bounded the original antagonist forgot about his gay lover seeking revenge & why did he died early (if at all in film) & why the hell isn't he the protagonist , who the hell is this detective guy, WHY, WHY WHY does this movie even exist?! Waste of my time. >:(

@sparktank Yes I remember that trailer too, with just Dead Can Dance's "De Profundis" as the music.

I remember seeing this movie when it came out, it wasn't that bad for a $5 ticket, even though the acting sucked, and the ending was disappointing (the kind where you suspect that's where the budget ran out). There's alot worse dreck out there, and Clive Barker's books are pretty good overall.
