The segment with the visual slides when interviewing David Cunninham could be interpreted as intellectual (Write down steps and next actions). The way he explained what you would do (next steps: thank you, I forgive you, I apologize) is not intellectual at all. but most of our culture is about avoiding direct communication, intellectualizing is always an out. Great video.
