verlander/jackson/gallaraga are solid. porcello will get the number 5 spot.hes already bettter than most and hes only 19. hell only get better. there bullpen is shaky but they have been pitching good as of late.
Verlander was solid in 06 and 07 so I'm sure he can reclaim himself. I'm not sold on Jackson. He has a career ERA of 5.15 (his best season was 4.42 last year) and a career WHIP of 1.63 and his best season was 1.51. He wasn't even that good for the Rays last year. Now Gallaraga was good last year but it was his first full season so we'll see. I think the Tigers have too many question marks with their pitching.
even so cabrera is locked til 2016 i belive, porcello is up and coming to be our ace...we have a positive future. i still think we can go far this year to..

I liked it better when he was a reliever for sure. He was a starter though his whole career up until they brought him up to the majors. Then they put him in the bullpen and it worked out pretty good, then they made him a starter, then they put him back in the bullpen when he returned from his injury, then they said he would be a starter and tinkered with bullpen or starter. verlander/jackson/gallaraga are solid. porcello will get the number 5 spot.hes already bettter than most and hes only 19. hell only get better. there bullpen is shaky but they have been pitching good as of late.

Verlander was solid in 06 and 07 so I'm sure he can reclaim himself. I'm not sold on Jackson. He has a career ERA of 5.15 (his best season was 4.42 last year) and a career WHIP of 1.63 and his best season was 1.51. He wasn't even that good for the Rays last year. Now Gallaraga was good last year but it was his first full season so we'll see. I think the Tigers have too many question marks with their pitching.

I liked it better when he was a reliever for sure. He was a starter though his whole career up until they brought him up to the majors. Then they put him in the bullpen and it worked out pretty good, then they made him a starter, then they put him back in the bullpen when he returned from his injury, then they said he would be a starter and tinkered with bullpen or starter. I'm personally getting sick of it either make him a reliever or make him a starter and don't change it.

I hate steroids and am glad they did what they did to get rid of them for the most part out of sports, I say most part because I do believe there are some players still taking some type of substance. A-Rod bothers me with the way he carrys himself it's all drama with him and it's annoying, but if he hits .300; 35 homers; 120 rbis every year I'm happy all the off field stuff should stay out of the press I think.
