@thesupergeekguy If they found out you were trying to jailbreak it then no, but if it does break just reboot it by holding down home and power button until it says connect to itunes, then plug it into itunes, hit reboot and do all the stuff, you can recover all of your apps and stuff because the app store has data along with your ipod so all the apps you had will be free i think, also before you jailbreak it just sync it to itunes so all your apps will be on your comp, and you can get them back.

Installous is still "Illegal" but its impossible to trace. Crackulos i think is easy to trace because your uploading. I would avoid both of these, though.
