he is pretty fast, he was running about a 6min pace the day of the run and it didnt even phase him. I think if he wanted to and didnt have the box of guards and crazy fans there, he could and gone so much faster. I should know, he passed me up when we had half a mile left and it was so hot, I didnt even want to try and pass him back, and this is coming from a person who has been competing in 5k runs for over 30 years. Waaaaay to hot that day
