I LOVE Chaplin's films!! It is such a treat when TCM plays them. My Dad used to show the short 1am on the projector in our living room, and I never laughed so much in my life!

I am American and I'm a little offended, for I adore Chaplin and am an avid Classic Film fanatic (and I am not even 20 yet). There are many, not only Americans, who have no idea what REAL art is in film, like Charlie Chaplin and basically everything from the golden age of Hollywood.
