  • Thanks for the video mate. One question though , What is that awful music ?

  • does what it says on the tin nice vid

  • THANK YOU for your answer Butch.

If they still had the spring ball in the bolt it would be

tight cocked or not cocked? And I wonder why they removed it?

I hope CZ will manufacture a 452 Mauser K98 Trainer

    in 22lr. THANK YOU again.

  • @Gorgi9999, I think they removed the ball in the handle, because it cheapens the production a lot and because, they found this modification does not affect the overall good quality and accuracy of these fine rifles.

Look here, you will find a lot of useful information, especially in the stickies:

    rimfirecentral

  • I have a cz 452 22lr ultra lux. The bolt handle is loose when in the down position for two to three inches with an empty chamber.

CZ U.S.A. says this is normal. CZ Republic says contact CZ U.S.A.

I have never seen a bolt gun with looseness in the bolt handle.

If this is the way they are manufacturing the bolts, no one can give me an explanation, why a loose bolt handle. And what can it benefit. What do you think.

    THANK YOU

  • @Gorgi9999, if the rifle is with no cocked striker the bolt handle is loose, that is the reason on older production of these guns the receiver to had a detend and sprung ball in the handle as a fixator.

If the striker is cocked, the handle suppose not to be loose.

  • well that is pretty easy - or at least you make it look easy - thanks for the demo!
