while i do agree that it DOES look like a rifle sticking out of the window AND THE TRAJECTORY ALIGNS WITH IT, the part you have insinuated as a head is in entirely the WRONG position (even for a lefty) in relation to the weapon and the target.......unless there were MORE than one person in the window???????? look closer

to me the daltex building gives a better vantage point to the president , then the tsbd building. no trees blocking the view, u get no obtruction at all within the entire route.

Is the rag/shirt on the fire escape a wind flag. If it is, then IMO the shot came from the lower part of the window behind and under the "flag"

I don't believe any gunfire had occured at the moment this photo was taken. I just wonder If these three witnesses are on record. If a shot came from the Dal-Tex building in the window above them to their right they would have been startled to say the least. There wouldn't be any mistaking it for gunshots from another building.

kennedy was hit in this photo, if u saw the blow up of this youcan see kennedys arms going up to his throat also notice ss clint hill and the ss behind him looking at kennedy along with two biker cops.....it was the first shot and oswald could not have made this ......

Yes, you're right. I needed the blow-up to see the arms at the throat. Is the tree in the photo the one that blocks the shot from the TSBD sixth floor?

Also take note, that since "Oswald " just fired his rifle which is above all these people how come including the SS, no one is looking up, but two SS on left side of follow up car have turned to look towards the daltex building..........

they are looking at the TSBD their heads never turn that far plues their tis no rections from the people at the daltex building or the fire escape

Shot had been fired. Thats why the SS agents in the follow up car are looking behind them. Also JFK is reach up to his throat in this photo.

No I believe she is simply waving out to the president since her face is looking out toward the motorcade and her palm is flat with no finger extended.

yes quite aboviosly a figure. i have always thought that the shots were all between LHO and James Files (grassy knoll) but after coming across this theory, I know know. You should zoom in more though.

THANKS for posting this! It looks to me like a man crouching partly hidden behind wall on left & a rifle barrel (or its shadow) on edge of left window, pointing downward...What do you think?

thanks for your comment. i am not sure whether the window near to the shadow figure is open or closed. certainly the object or reflection does have the shape of a rifle. the search for the truth continues!
