it depends on your weight and how much % of fat u need per day for me its about 6 yokes then no more but then i could eat egg whites so work out how much fat u need then there is some easy fat in egg yokes :) simple
The nutrician is in the yolk. People are afraid of the yold because of the cholestorol, but high cholestorol does not hurt you, its how your liver uses it that makes a difference. American diets are full of processed salt and processed sugar( white flour, enriched bread, pizza, soft drinks, baked goods). Two things which destroy the liver. At that point , your liver is working against you, and all your dr. is going to do , is put you on bp/cholestorol meds which will destroy your kidneys & livr.

Cause even if the cholesterol is low and these 2 markers show high, then we are in trouble. Naturally if the cholesterol is high and inflamation is low, we are ok :)

As for eggs, get your eggs from local free range farms. They will have a better omega 6 to omega 3 ratio than compared to commericial eggs. Cooking can destroy some nutrition. Raw eggs from local free range farms have a very low chance of salmonella.

Awesome! Cholesterol is good for us. We need it to manufacture hormones like cortisol, progesterone, testosterone. 'Bad' cholesterol is made from sugar and refined carbs. Bad animal fats don't exist unless they're from animals raised incorrectly.
@potterylady1 Animal fat is great fat to eat. Animals raised on non-species appropriate diets and given antibiotics produce poor quality meat and consequently poor quality fat. If you're in the US grass fed meats are the best. In the UK organic is about as good as you can hope for unless you live close to a decent farm. I know Yuri promotes eating less animal products. But if you want to you should do your research and make sure you know what you're putting into your body.
just one point if i may, you say that scrambled eggs is ok at the end, i heard that you shouldn't scramble the egg yolk because it oxidizes the cholesterol turning it bad? thanks.

Raw eggs are actually bad for you. Cooking the egg kills the salmonella bacteria, that bacteria can make you very very sick.
Eat cooked eggs, stay away from raw eggs.
About egg yolks, I dont disagree with Scooby1961 here, because Yuri explained exactly why they are not bad for us.
