@SPIRITOFGLASGOW Maybe not laymen, but musicians definitely know who Gregg Rolie is. Gregg left because he wasnted to raise a family. He had spent his entire adult life on the road between Journey and Santana. As for 'shutting his trap and enjoying the ride', Journey was a band, not simply one member. They could have enjoyed much more longevity had someone stood up to Steve. We wouldn't have had to bear 'Raised on Radio', then.
