@badboy300069 you're right, he is calling them wankers *and* he's making fun of them by making up the whole story, but we later learn when talking to his shrink that all this left him uncomfortable and even hurt, because this scene was the culmination of *several* comments by his neighbor and the neighbor's friends that made tony feel like he was a sideshow exhibit or something.
