  • My mom has polio with partial loss of one of her legs. She's the strongest woman I have ever met. Your story is just as inspiring. God bless you and everything you've done.

  • il hold your foot anyday

  • My wife Nancy told me about you and directed me to this video...all I can say is, "WOW!" Your story and your attitude is so inspiring! God Bless You!

  • This is my stepmom and just to see her do everything she does is amazing!

  • Joanne, you have always been such an amazing woman. I can remember the first day you got your car. You inspired me then as you continue to do today. It is an honor to be a part of your life! I love you XOXOXOXO

  • JoAnne was a good friend of mine in college. I was never surprised by what she could do but always impressed. She brings to life the old saying where there's a will there's a way. It would be a great story for a show like Oprah or Ellen.

  • Amazing! God bless you in your life and work!

  • JoAnne was one of my best friends in high school. I can tell you she never let anything stand in her way - we got in a lot of trouble!

  • Great video. I contracted Polio in 1950 at the age of 9 months old in my right lower leg. Had a surgery on my leg every year till I was 12 years. Great to see a video on a Polio survivor.

    God Bless
