Although many 5 min games can be enjoyable, 15 min games have grabbed the limelight on KingsCrusher's channel lately. There is more time for analysis, a reduction in outright blunders, and a greater opportunity for less expert viewers to follow calculations. And the longer time control would suit your style ideally.
