  • i just wanted to thank you! because of you i started pilates, i used to think that they were way to hard for me, but i never had the courage to try, then one day i somehow randomly came across you pop pilates. you were so great at keeping me motivated that i not only did the whole workout but i did two hours of your other workouts.. which most likely wasnt the best idea cause i could move the next three days but i couldnt stop cause they were so much fun. thank you from the bottom of my heart!

  • That work out is so fun! I am a cheerleader and this helps increase my flexibility! I can touch all of my splits to the ground. Also, thanks for making the easier parts, because sometimes I can be very sore after practice.

  • @sister83 both of mine did as well...i tried to make the circles smaller but still had the same problem. maybe its a flexibility thing that takes some getting used to the more we work that area?

  • @sister83 Mine too! My hip pops also when doing the bicycle crunches, everytime I straighten my left leg. I know I have shallow hip sockets, and I'm extremely flexible so I don't know what my issue is. Blogilates is this bad?

  • I tried this for the first time today! I couldn't do much on my toes like at the start of the video as I have Fibromyalgia so they're too sore to balance on, but I still followed with modifications and I am DRIPPING with sweat. Was so much fun, I feel awesome! Definitely going to be my 'go to' routine every other day! THANKS SO MUCH! xxFAxx

  • I have a Harington Rod in my back for scoliosis (curvature of the spine). The majority of the exercises I can not do because I am fused at the waist and can not bend and very limited in my mobility. Thank you for this video! I can do almost all of it with out killing myself in the process!

  • Hii :) I wanna thank you so much for your videos! I wanna be a dancer and I'm currently enrolled in classes but its extremely hard you need to have so much strength in your body and really train it to be a good dancer. and pilates is absolutely perfect for doing that. i dont have time to take pilates classes with work and school so your videos are such a blessing for me. you've encouraged me to wake up early in the morning and work out is the first thing I do. thank you so much God bless you <3

  • Hi Cassey, you are the best...i have tried a few videos and its already working. Thanks alot... But i have 1 Question and i am sure many would want this kind of advice from u...you have many videos, combined and separately for lower and upper body parts, so how do i divide it in a week?? Please im confused and its distracting me from my exercise...please help me set a plan of doing which when...?

  • Wow this kicked my ass. I love Pop Pilates! I have a question idk if you can answer but, through some of the workouts such as the big leg circles my hips crack every time do you know why or if I'm doing something wrong? and another, I tend to use my back through some workouts and afterward I feel a little tense, is there a way I can stop doing so? I figured it's by using my abs twice as hard. y/n/maybe

  • @princesspeace93 Coming from someone who's done pilates for two years, I can tell you YES it's okay to take breaks. Few reps, perfect form > lots of reps, bad form.

  • @xoAylaRenee That varies so much from person to person, that it's impossible to say :/ But quite alot I would think :) If you really want to burn off calories, you should combine this work-out with jogging 30 minutes 2-3 times a week :)

  • i was able to get through the whole work out with out breaking a sweat, but i definitely felt it while i was working out, does that mean that it wont work for me since i didn't sweat?? because i am one of those people who feels like its not a work out unless you sweat.

  • Thank you- for the sweaty workout. Took three weeks to finally get through the entire workout. Week one, I stopped at leg circles. Week two, exhausted at push ups. Finally, I sailed through it today. CONTINUE TO SET THE BAR HIGH.

  • I don't undestand how you do this with a smile on your face... I workout often...however i had to stop several times during this workout... my legs and my abs hurt for two days..and i loved it!!!!!. Keep up the good work!!!

  • when i do the leg circles i can hear and feel my hip joint popping every time, it doesn't really hurt that much but i fell like I'm grinding my joints more than working my leg.

  • @CherryandRasberries Jup, same here... It's a bit scary, isn't it? I also find it difficult to do the tiny leg circles while lying on the side, as it hurts when I lay directly on my hip bones, but she said to keep the hip to the front... What to do?

  • same problem with me before..tiny circles are killers and it hurts my hips as well as I lay directly on my hip bones but I pushed myself and after 2 weeks of doing it EVERYDAY, it doesn't hurt anymore.

  • @francinefleur wow, your willpower sounds amazing... Good for you to have overcome the pain...! Nevertheless, I know that my hips are the weakest part of my body (and I'm only 25) - the nerves at my hip joints have been inflamed before, I couldn't walk for months, so my plan is to try any other hip exercise that will strengthen the muscles around the joints, especially those done while standing up (Cassey's got other great workouts for that) and then slowly try my way towards the tiny circles :)

  • @CherryandRasberries In another workout she says to just adjust the width of the circles so that the hip joints don't do the popping noise... I've found several reasons for that noise, it could be different tendons moving around... So the best plan is to adjust the position so that the muscles get a workout but the hips don't 'pop' :)

  • @MsGazette1 Your legs usually only get really big if your doing a lot of weight lifting or extreme leg exercises. I don't see many people who do palates with big legs so I wouldn't think so. Her legs look awesome!

  • loved your workout! i've been doing pilates for 8 years and liked the challenge and focus of your video; I often find myself bored and unchallenged in other videos or classes... and definitely not sore afterwards like I was after yours! question: i felt like the stretching wasn't enough, and maybe that's why i was so sore afterwards? what do you think?
