That's interesting.
How many keyframes are you using?
How do you detect them? Are they adapted for each face?
I've read a paper that was using a single keyframe, the default for OpenCV's Viola's haarcascades, and got good results.
By the way, are you in some university?

I just graduate AGH-University of Science and Technology in Cracow
