WOW!!!! thank you SO much!!! i have been on the hunt for this recipe FOREVER!!! i been searching and searching and no luck until now! thank you so much!!!
@aeriskitchen i done that too and i am been a very happy man since many years,love the food,going to make it for my wife tonight thank you very much :D
I have a question, when you say "in cold water"in the video, why there were already something white in the bowl?Were those chopped onions? It's quite confusing. And in cold water, just put the chopped onions in it and that's it? No need to add any other things,right? And is it ok to eat the cucumber skin? Thank you very much!!!
^^ sorry for not clear explanation.. the reason you leave the onion in cold water for sometime is... that way.. the cold water help to reduce the strong onion flavor.. to eat onion as raw... it can be too strong sometime.. yep..it's just cold ice water without any other things.. thanks
If I can't find the seaweed jelly noodles in the supermarkets, then what kind of noodles can I substitute with?Cellophane noodles?Thank you very much!!!
I live in Scarborough, Toronto. And there is a H-mart around not far from where I live. I searched online and I know H-mart is a Korean-American Asian supermarket. I think I can get the seaweed jelly noodles there, right? And just a little curious, what does this jelly noodles have anything to do with seaweed? Why is it named seaweed jelly noodles? Thank you very much!!!
haha.. you are funny ^^ I hope you will like this recipe if you try it. bryson is...almost 36th weeks.. one more month to go.. maybe he will come out in few weeks..hehe thanks :)
Hi Aeri, I have a question. What are the seaweed jelly noodles called in Korean?? I went to the korean store here in downtown L.A. but i didnt find any noodles labeled seaweed jelly noodles. The noodles were labeled with their Korean names using Western letters. Can you tell me please what they are called in korean please?? Thanks!! ^^
Oh~~ I'm sorry to hear that you can't find the seaweed jelly noodles. but to be honest with you.. since the main ingredient for this salad is that seaweed jelly noodles..and they are so unique for texture... I can't think of other thing you can replace.. sorry.. ^^:;
LOL... you are very funny~~ oops.. you must be serious. It's a cooking knife. *^^* hehe.. yes..I know what you mean.. it was funny~~~ thanks for comment !!!

Wow, what an interesting concept to use noodles as the main salad ingredient. That stuff looks delicious. If I don't have the angel noodles, can I substitute that with other noodles like the thin somen or long rice type of noodles? I have some Japanese somen noodles at home so I was just wondering if it could be substituted with those. Once again, thanks totally for your awesome videos. Happy Holidays to you and your family and please keep the videos rolling. Hehe, I know it's hard work but...
I've never tried this salad with other noodles, and when I imagine the flavor with other noodles..sorry..but I will not recommend you.. I called it noodle... but.. actually..it's not noodle.. hm.. The shape looks like noodle.. but the taste and.. ingredients, and chewing feeling are far different from normal noodles...so.. I hope you can try this with that specific ingredient.. hehe sorry. :D
haha..yep~~ maybe next time.. 4 new videos in a week..how about that ?? I hope people will not shout me.."Stop posting !!!!!:" hehe thanks..Merry Christmas !!
Yes, I like cookbooks...especially have lots of pictures in it.
