  • Hi! aeriskitchen

I have a question, when you say "in cold water"in the video, why there were already something white in the bowl? Were those chopped onions? It's quite confusing. And in cold water, just put the chopped onions in it and that's it? No need to add any other things, right? And is it ok to eat the cucumber skin? Thank you very much!!!

  • @iaccik

^^ sorry for not clear explanation.. the reason you leave the onion in cold water for sometime is... that way.. the cold water help to reduce the strong onion flavor.. to eat onion as raw... it can be too strong sometime.. yep..it's just cold ice water without any other things.. thanks

  • @aeriskitchen

Is it ok to eat the raw cucumber skin?

  • @iaccik

if you don't feel safe... you can peel the skin off.. I think a little bit of skin is okay to eat.. :D

  • @iaccik

I've eaten the raw cucumber skin all my life nothing bad happened 2 me :\

Actually, cucumbers with the skins are really good for you, packed with vitamins. So enjoy the cucumber skin as you're enjoying an apple :)

  • Thank you! I will make it tonight.

  • Hi, oOPrettyBuddhaOo

I hope you enjoyed your salad. :D Thanks for comment !!

  • Wow, what an interesting concept to use noodles as the main salad ingredient. That stuff looks delicious. If I don't have the angel noodles, can I substitute that with other noodles like the thin somen or long rice type of noodles? I have some Japanese somen noodles at home so I was just wondering if it could be substituted with those. Once again, thanks totally for your awesome videos. Happy Holidays to you and your family and please keep the videos rolling. Hehe, I know it's hard work but...

  • Hi, rezzoro7

I've never tried this salad with other noodles, and when I imagine the flavor with other noodles..sorry..but I will not recommend you.. I called it noodle... but.. actually..it's not noodle.. hm.. The shape looks like noodle.. but the taste and.. ingredients, and chewing feeling are far different from normal noodles...so.. I hope you can try this with that specific ingredient.. hehe sorry. :D
