Hiyaaaa! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my sister got amazing 6 pack abs and lost lots of fat with it.
@pierrelarouge faggot in a half!!! holy shit!!!!! why the fuck are you waisting your time video taping how gay you are???? no1 fucing cares!! post something the majority likes on this planet dum shit!!! its called building an image, and we all no which one you built for yourself right??
The video is cool and informativet. For beginners like me it would be a great help for us in building muscles. I thought some of you guys would like to check a link of a site that gives workout plans and programs that you could use to gain lean muscles and achieve the lean muscular looks that most guys wanted. Its all FREE. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but anyone interested I posted it on my profile. You can check it out there.
2tblsp. virgin coconut oil, 1/3 cup tahini (very high in magnesium), kale, swiss chard, fresh berries, raw honey, parsley, mango (or banana, switch it up constantly), eggs (lots, with the yolk, damn it (all the micro nutrients are in them)), hemp oil, basil, garlic, and whey. I separate the the carbs and proteins. Drink 1/2 the carbs with 2 eggs & tblsp. coconut oil right after workout, and the other half of carbs with some cottage cheese & coconut oil 1/2 hour later. GREAT RECOVERY!!!
i put really hot water during a shower on that particular part it kinda helps but not really but ill def try that contrast shower sounds like it works. btw i like ur style for ur videos. BONG!!! lmao
All that Plus drinking a gallon of water a day, and adding ginger to my food. I'm aiming for a spoon of powdered ginger a day. I do HIIT 6 days a week and have yet to suffer a sore muscle. The foam roller is great for straightening out problems before they develop. I also do something I learnt from my uncle who used to do pro body building: tighten and squeeze your muscles hard "SPONGE LIKE" to flush out toxins. Do that and u'll never feel lactic acid buildup no matter how hard u exercise.
Thanks-a-million for your videos...they are all very informative! Question about recovery; if muscles are sore should you continue to work them or wait until all soreness is gone? Thanks!
Really helpful vid, thanks dude. Am training for a marathon so appreciate the tips. If I'm working out in the evening, I try to squeeze in a spot of meditation before bed, I find it helps recovery.
Great info! I think ill write down the 8 ways you mentioned. As for me my favorite method of recovery is nothing because I dont know any. I guess it would be limping around and groaning every time I have to move or point.
The main reason people are sore after a workout if because...
THEY DONT COOL DOWN PROPERLY!!!
You MUST cool down properly after working out. A good cool down should consist of stretching and light cardiovascular exercise for atleast 5 to 10 minutes. Doing this will speed up the removal of lactic acid and prevents blood pooling (The two factors that make you sore)
Just wrapped up a workout using your vids of course.
My Favorite Recovery Method(s):
1. Contrast Showers - It's very easy to do and not only does it make you feel better, but after a late afternoon workout and a long work day the change of water temps really help me relax and prepare for sleep later on!
2. Fish Oil & Bananas - Easy, takes a few minutes and fish oil helps in many other ways other than muscle recovery. Win win!
Bah! I hate DOMS, luckily for me I trained for ~2year so I don't experience them often. Dawg, I watched some of your vids and the only thing I disagree with is the 6meals/day concept but that's just me. Keep it up, you got a new subscriber, don't dissapoint me ;)

@tom125c TOTALLY agree! My cool down is a 15 minute walk, which happens to be how long it takes for me to get home from my gym...

Great video. When I was sore from my yoga training, I used to take lots of Epsom salt baths and eat bananas.
