Samsung NC10 with Touchscreen installed

I installed the touch screen as instructed on the website, but when I installed the drivers it didn't detect my finger or the stylus. I followed the hardware instructions completely, and have built my own computers before, so I'm pretty sure that part's correct. Any tips on drivers?

this touchscreen is awful. dont buy it. as you can see, double clicking is virtually impossible, and accuracy is widely off. on top, it turns the screen into a glossy one.

I ripped mine out again. 70 pounds down the drain.

just have to press firmly? The drawing looked good, but having to click 15 times

to double click is unappealing ;x

Nobody needs any mod tbh but if you can then why not?

You can still make very good use of it without the need of screen flipping. If someone needs a touchscreen to use instead of a keyboard/mouse then a tablet would be better suited.

Heres me thinking i got away with that :D

The "click you bast**d" moment on the video was just due to my hand being in a weird position due to the way the cam was set up, it also didn't help having the NC10 set up on a soft surface as you can tell the way the screen is rocking back and forth. Lesson learned for the next time :)

0:29 you should set your icons to single-click. Then you won't have to take half a minute to open one folder. :P

Thanks for posting this man, I can't wait to order one for my samsung. seems like it would be perfect for reading comics and novels on, just ctrl+alt+right arrow key to change the screen orientation, and then you could hold the nc10 like a book, and scroll through the pages. Once again, thanks for posting man, this made the difference for me, just hope I don't bungle the install.
