I presume this video is very old maybe 7 years ago, the last time when I visited Machupicchu it was incredible, all has changed, the infrastructure is very good, I think the Government of Machupicchu is working hard, and also is known one of the 7 wonders of the world, but now there are to many tourist visiting Machupicchu. maybe 4000 or more people visit the archaelogical place a day. It is amazing the memories. Thanks for your video.
How fast can these narrow gauge (914mm) trains travel? What could be their top speed? They use this same rail gauge in Colombia (mountain trains) and Canada/US (The Yukon-Alaska Railway and the railroad in the Colorado Rockies both use this same gauge.) Most of these trains are used for tourist trips because they can't go that fast. I was just wondering if anyone knows what would be the top speed?
Thanks for the memories i did this trip in October 1971

GREAT VIDEO!!!! AAA+++
Machu Picchu is a large living interactive museum - very fragile & sensitive.
Visitors must respect the area when visiting, the rains + ignorance = destruction.
Machu Picchu and Cusco are for all our human family to appreciate & enjoy!
