Only problem I see with Diplex's 'Movie' Theory is that Gondor has no beacon so far... which means no aid from Rohan...which means Minas Tirith is fucked.

Theres only 1 hope u have left..... you need 2 somehow secure an Alliance with the ofther good factions of the Third Age, the silvan elves, the high elves, dale and the free people of erindor. Alone your weak, but together your un-stoppable

to avoid the disaster at east osgiliath you should have moved your units on its side of the river in and joined the fight, you could have hit the enemy from all sides and would have had a much more even battle.

in the seige battle it self you could'nt have done much better your only mistakes were using fire arrows and trying to pull the unit of gaurds of the wall directly into the fight, they should have come down from a different tower and charged in on the flank

@megaT2k10 don't you get it?He didn't have enough units to sucsefully defend all of his settlements so he abandoned some cities and now he has less regions to defend which means he can have more garrisoned troops.

Evil factions overpowered? With the exception of the evil men factions, I find the units of evil factions just suck compared to all the good factions, which is why I can't stand playing them. That and the lack of cavalry and good archers. Well, when you're spread thin fighting Isengard, Mordor, and Harad all at the same time with some more orcs to boot, of course they're going to seem overpowered.

@VoidAlchemist Lack of good archers? I'll grant you Mordor and the Orcs of Gundabad and the Misty Mountains, but both factions of Evil Men and Isengard can get fine archers or even crossbowman.

Harad is pretty much the perfect Evil cavalry faction too. Expensive, but they get two mounted missile units, two grades of combat cavalry, and the Mumakil.

@DiplexHeatedHD Cool, my question was not meant insultingly. A little tip on economy: Cavallery and ships are VERY expensive to maintain, thats units I usually disband till my economy can manage them. Helps me a lot especially during build ups...

Diplex, light infantry is NOT good against heavy infantry. In a straight up fight heavy infantry beat light infantry. The advantage of light infantry is that they can move faster and become fatigued slower then heavy infantry. But in terms of combat heavy infantry is better.

Dude how do you merge your armies by one click? Lets say you got 55 spearmen in one battialion and 76 in another and you want to merge them. How do you do it so fast?
