Also it just sounds weird going from Davey's voice, you know.. speedier and manlish, then You hear it acapella and really slow it just messes up the whole thing. =/

Not bad and you can sing it this way as long as you don't add too much stuff and irregularities and pauses and font change half the notes.

@Nevergounder337 I understand where you're coming from, it seems like an unusual choice. :p But... Music is open to interpretation, and that's what I like to do, reinterpret music. :) Anyway, I am pretty sure I got the lyrics right, but then again, I did it from memory not reading off a lyrics sheet (though I triple checked them before I sang it), so I might've gotten something wrong, I'm only human. :)

People like you crack me up! I can't stand it when people assume that just because I believe in God and Jesus that I can't appreciate good art when I see it, or like I can't be friends with an atheist. I'll have you know, most of my friends are not Christians and most of the music I like isn't either, though I do like some that is fiath-based, I find a lot of it boring. :) And yes, I did know he was an atheist, don't assume stupidity and Christianity are synonymous. :)
