I had to put my cat Charlie to sleep in 2007 and I still miss him. He had just turned 17 and I had him for 16 years. He was the best cat in the world. I saved his life and he saved mine. Whenever I get an adapter I want to transfer all of my video of him to dvd and share it with everyone! I'm sorry to hear about your cat.

Sooshi was 16 when she died ,the cause was kidney failure. So maybe old age was the main cause.

Soosh was what it called a desert cat here but really she is pretty much like a domestic short hair..The tri color coat is called tortoise shell ( torty for short ) and is only found in female cats.

So most people would call your cat a torty. But it is not a breed...))

Thanks for all your great comments Sushi was indeed a great cat ,,,as for adopting a stray,,I have already,,Four of them and also Sushi was a rescue as well...They eat more than I do! And I really was asleep in the video or at least half asleep..Soosh would come in at the same time every morning ( dawn ) to wake me, so it was easy to put the camera on a tripod fifteen minutes before and leave it running ..then I went back to sleep

I'm sorry. You probably feel lousy and miss her considerably. Try to think of the comfort, care, and affection you gave her during her life, and the happiness she gave you. Kind of wonder if we see our pets again...?? Adopt a shelter/homeless cat, when you feel able to.
