Also, if you are suiting for more than 30 minutes bring water and a gatoraid or poweraid, you don't want to pass out from dehydration in a convention do you? Also, take little cool-off breaks from your suit..go to the bathroom and just chill there for a bit.

People who work as a mascot for things like disney or a mascot for a school game can't be in that suit for too long because it gets really hot inside and it isn't safe.
