  • As an African American this shows how inferior we think we are, instead of building our own we simply want to go into their system and become like them. Propaganda like this is why people like Obama who do more harm than good, thats we Africans/Negroes/Blacks in America will always be 2nd class citizens.

  • @MrBAllen59 u r a fool still after all these years?!

  • @MrBAllen59 That's why we need to make a global state - Trust me.

  • Watching this makes me want to go back to study.

  • i hate white supremacy, funny thing is they think its all gone

  • I voted for Tarrus! I didn't graduate but so proud and thankful for the time I spent there...Boiler Up!!!

  • When this documentary was only 18 minutes in, the part about the peaceful "brick laying" at Purdue's administration building, I began to cry. Why? Because I earned my M.A. and Ph.D. in the Midwest and would not have been able to do so without the bravery, dignity, and Black Nationalist loyalty of people like those in this documentary. I thank them with the deepest fibers of my soul, for without their struggles and triumphs, I could not be who I am today. Thanks!

  • Hail Purdue!

Well-made look at being black at the greatest school in the world.

  • Good job on this! I attended Purdue from '87-'93 and graduated with a MS in Mechanical Engineering. I am sorry to say I believe the quality of education at Purdue does not live up to the reputation of Purdue. Purdue is all about the money, not the education. The faculty are discouraged from putting time and effort into teaching so that they may put effort into bringing in MONEY via research grants. I saw a brilliant math professor dismissed while a complete idiot promoted due to money.

  • Nice video

  • Very Very Very well put together. i was very apprehensive about going to Purdue Next year but watching this, i feel much better. Proud to be a Boilermaker. class of 2014!!! yuuuup lol

  • Beautiful.

Man, was that the famous Rev. Hood from Plymouth Congressional in Detroit? I think so. I did not know he went to Purdue with the late Judge Higginbotham.

What's the % of Blacks at Purdue today. Are major cities like Chicago, Gary, Indy, Milwaukee and Detroit preparing students better today than yesterday for the rigors of Purdue? I think not and that is a damn shame!!! Given this rich history and legacy, Blacks should be at least 20% strong at Purdue.

  • very well done. Great Job
