Yep. You can see when I set it up in the frog walker ascent system. I find that it tends smoother when in ascent. If you use the tether with the thimble it seems to over rotate the RW and doesn't tend as well. That was my solution. It's worked well so far.
Never used a rig. But I like the feel of a hitch.
