nutriwhip是一种cream还是牛奶来的。还有打cream要打多久???谁也可以回答我。。。请你们回答我的问题哦!谢谢。。。
Nutriwhip 是一種代乳品. 是由(Soy)大豆毛油中提煉的大豆磷脂, 經濃縮後製成, 不含任何牛奶等成份. 再用蒸糕方法免用牛油. 製成生日蛋糕後可供對牛奶, 牛油及其他乳製品有敏感的小孩或成人享用.
最佳使用電蛋糕混合器(Cake Mixer) 最快速打一分半至二分鐘便可. 用糖粉逐少加入打成Cream. 這Nutriwhip的固定性甚強, 不像牛奶牛油般做的易溶化.

ive tried steaming a sponge cake before!,, but my pan ran out of water so i had to open the lid and my cake wont rise anymore,,, :(

Can someone PLEASE tel me how to make frosting?! I've tried so many times using different recipes but I always fail and end up with lumps in the end! HELP!

If you end up with lumps then you didn't cream the butter very good and you didn't sift the icing sugar!
