It's funny how in Willow Pattern they didn't bother changing the sprites other than removing the tattoo from the arms (which are otherwise identical), and some of the treasures, so you still have pirates throwing cutlasses, and you still get chased by the same pirate captain when you get the treasure, err maiden.
I just did a longplay myself and tried to get 100% but it's not possible.
I got as much as 77%
