.... But I did notice that once I started eating meat again, I felt my whole body was out of wack. I didn't feel like I was doing the right thing for my body anymore. It's true what they say.......once you know better, you have to do better. So here I am again, only this time a full vegetarian. And I love it! I hope it works out for you guys if you decide to do it! :):):)

I started eating only fish January of last year because I wanted to eat healthier and gave myself 1, 3, and 6 months increments to see if I would stick with it. I did good and thought I was in it for the long haul until Thanksgiving time when I started feening for some Oxtail! lol! .....
