Wrestling is not only gay, it's lame. Get big, get strong, get low, and struggle for the better grip. No real talent or strategy or thought, which is why I quit after becoming champ at my high school. It was just too easy and boring.

@chance111697 i had a cast on my arm for 3 weeks, went to physical therapy for another 3 and then i started to train again. youre out for the rest of the season but you'll be fine for next year no doubt you probably jus wont be able to bend your arm all the way... well thats what happened to me at least
Damn that was a brutal break, something can always go wrong from belly to belly suplex, or anything that looks like it. Cause your arm will always post, its a natural reaction. This happens a lot in Judo as well, I hope your arm is doing well
