Strange behaviour tour, right? Saw them in Atlanta 1987 with this tour. I was dissapointed, because they did not do winter marches on during this tour, and did not sing it until 1989 with the big thing tour.

I always hate when shows MAKE performers lipsync. And Duran Duran LOVE to perform live whenever possible. Of course, it makes for entertaining TV, like when Simon drops a mic in one video where they were lip syncing. THAT shit was funny! I want to say it was Wild Boys back in the day. The look on his face when the mic went flying was priceless. And of course the song went on! LOL!

This was filmed at the most horrible swindle "Diamond Awards" in Antwerp.A disgrace for all the artists who were there that day.Amongst them Chaka Khan,Frankie Goes to Hollywood,and Roy Orbinson,who did his very last t.v.appearance there.Duran got swindled,as they did a lip-sync of "Vertigo"as well,which started way too soon. I remember Nick rushing on stage.and almost falling over.Nice song,good atmosphere,but not the best of days...

Ya. However, back in the early days, DD did alot of lip syncing. I guess just because everyone was doing it then for conveinience sake, to promote themselves, even in the cheeseist setting. I personally think it was a let down, but they did what they had to, right? It was mostly in Europe and Japan anyways.

Amen indeed. Duran Duran as a whole is one of the best acts to come out of the '80s, but because they were also young and good looking, many people tend to forget that. They are all very talented players, their songs are unique and original, their lyrics are great, they are great live performers... the list goes on!
