well i did everything it also said it completed succesfully but the file i need to open still says acces denied (you have to be the owner of the file or an adminstrator)

if your useing vista then run CMD as admin in order to do this othrwise it will show error at 5.

Try closing that cmd and running it again as administrator! To do that: right-click on cmd>Run As Administrator!!

You can do sevral things with this account! Wen u do several things with ur current account, it might tell u: Access Denied!

But with this account. i wont! ^^

Try closing the CMD, and then running it as administartor! To do that, just right click it and choose Run As Administrator!

vista: No, It has to be big, and you have to pass all the security questions to do it!

//you can also make a batch file to do it, put on desktop and double click to activate... then make another that deactivates it...
