You can only use Wii Speak with the channel or with Animal Crossing at the moment. You can't use Wii Speak with any of the games you own already. The Conduit is the only game that we know of right now that is confirmed to use Wii Speak.

The Conduit is the only game that I can think of that will use Wii Speak. Look it up.

You need to use the download code that came with Wii Speak. Go to Settings & go to the options that says codes or something like that.

The Chat is basicly for Friends Only. I think is uses your Wii Friends but I'm not sure. It could use it's own set of friend codes.
