Pasta With Lavender

I never knew that we could use Lavender on a food, I just thought that it's name is great, but now  I found out that it can be.

so many great chefs out there who never get a chance. but if you know people,. like it seems all these guys do,. they just jump to the top. no washing dishes and moving up a ladder.. just friends at the top and voila! a cooking show! even if you are a crap cook.

I don't know where I heard it, but I thought lavender was not good for humans

to eat.

@9aspengold5 You probably think that because they use it in a lot of hygiene products i.e. shampoo, perfumes, soaps etc etc. Some herbal teas have it as well.

@PeeboTyson You are probably right. I have seen it used in many recipes, but have always been put off. I just found that it is used in the French provencial herb mixture. So it must be okay for cunsumption. thanks
