I'd been using this system 4 years ago, I'm in Palm Springs CA everything is Perfect!, wire ties does not melt, in this four years I've installed near 60 sign cabinet just one service last year and wire ties were good the face as well. I began use this product after I I got problem with my welder.
You gotta be kidding me! You can't use white plastic wire ties near a fluorescent light tube. The light KILLS the wire tie in less than a year. BOOM! You got ballasts falling off their mounts and crashing through the light tubes (and store windows). No way is this idea ready to use in the real world!
too much work and not guaranteed to last a long time using wire ties and plastic.
