I put my tree up the other day. I did it all by myself. :D I looked for a tree topper at target and I didnt like any of them, so we don't have a topper this year.

That's a very spiffy looking little tree. What really makes it are the hand made ornaments. They all add up to pure personality.

You seriously think that putting it out there on the table is a deterrent? NOT! It just makes it a challenge, and kitties love challenges. I recommend nailing the stand to the table. LOL

omg Dogs seem so awesome in their love for their hairless parents. I would like a dog but the dog breath smell is so hard for me to handle. but everytime i see Heidi im like aww, she is so smart and adorable and cute!

Your hairs look fine. Heidi certainly is vocal when she sees The Humper! The tree looks special. I like the sparkly lights. You will be surrounded by YT friends all through the season. It is lovely. The skirt will "finish" the look. I hope Kitty leaves it alone. I can just see her climb. She certainly is checking it out! Animals certainly are curious about change... maybe more so cats. I love the tree!!! Its so pretty!!! My cats and monkeys have taken half the ornaments off mine. I keep putting them back on...lol......AND.......OMG, please do a video of all the things in your huge curio cabinets....I kept freezing the vid to look at them....there are some VERY old and super nice things in there!! I had to watch the vid about ten times so I could see the tree...I kept looking at all the other wonderful things in the room...Take Care!!!!

Lovely little tree. My grandson, husband and I went to get our tree today. We cut down a fresh tree, I love the fragrance and the memories of the whole day, Before I know it he will outgrow the interest of going with the "old folks" to get their tree, lol! Have a great week.

The tree is beautiful! My youngest cat cannot help herself...she loves everything about our tree. In fact, two days ago the tree was leaning against the wall because she'd gotten a string of garland and must have tried to run away with it. I was debating about removing the garland, but I'd probably have to just have a bare tree when it's all said and done. Last night she knocked a couple ornaments off and was playing with them too. My other cat couldn't care less about it. Gotta love cats!

heidi is so adorable. your yule tree is beautiful. i hope your cat doesn't destroy the tree. never underestimate the powers of the feline. i am not sure my tree will make it through the holidays with my two cats. i placed the tree on plywood attached with screws, wired the ornaments on but charlie seems to think of it as a launching pad.

I saw a little cartoon online just now that had two cats in a bar with martinis and the caption said, "They put a tree in the house with lots of toys and balls hanging on it and expect me not to play with it. This is why I drink!!" Your cat reminded me of that! LOL I like the little snowman glove ornament.

It's a wonderful tree! Poor Heidi, no ornaments for her. Good luck with the cat. When my daughter puts ours up, she's usually chasing our youngest cat out before she's even got all the parts together.
