Kataeb / Phalange did not enter the camps. This is israeli propaganda. This occurred right after the assassination of President Bachir Gemayel, where Israel pushed into Beirut. There were various armed Christian gangs that did however enter the camps with Israeli assistance & this is verified. These gangs were various uncontrollable fragments of the Kataeb, & later became the same uncontrollable entities within the Ouwet (Lebanese forces) etc.. These gangs had personal vendettas against muslims.
