  • You are a beast.

  • Holla! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin burned tons of fat.

  • Hi hi! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy shed tons of fat.

  • Great videos dude, really helpful for full-time uni students such as myself. Keep it up!

  • Thanks so much for this man.

  • have you tried grinding the oats into flour? Might be worth trying.

  • @Blackouti386

He did, at the beginning he puts oats into the blender. The problem with oat flour I find is that you use more oats in 1 cup than normal rolled oats. I ALWAYS used rolled oats for my baking products, such as egg white and oatmeal pancakes, but when things like using it for shakes post workout or meal replacement, you may be using too much oats (therefore too many carbs) with oat flour. Basically, I recommend weighing the oats in rolled, whole form, then blend it, if possible.

  • I am wondering if I want to eat that between my meals, do I split that in three cups or do I eat only half of that in between my meals or what ? Please let me know it is important to me. Thank you.

  • Were did u get the bottles at.

  • Were did u get the bottles at.

  • This is exactly what i needed thanks a lot man :)

  • AWESOMEEE !!! Perfect. just need to change the macro content for this recipe, as it can be used as a great bread substitue !!! I think I would do 15g of carbs from the oats & 15g of protein from the WPI. thanks again, awesomeness :)

  • Powders protein contents will denature after it's mixed up so won't it go bad?

  • Won't the whey go bad?

  • nice video...

  • what about olive oil for fats and cals

  • i just put my oats in a coffe grinder and add all ingredents in a miver cup add liquid when i need to eat

  • I make this shake almost everyday for breakfast with variations on flavor; I use fruit and flax oil or ground seeds for healthy fats. It's awesome. Thank you leanbodylifestyle.

  • can i use egg whites instead of whey,

  • school is such a terrible detriment to progress so glad im almost finished with it.

  • @Jacumbrella same with me mate, the uk system is fucking terrible for personal time

  • @Jacumbrella think thats y not too many of us are big at school/college/university

  • @ukmale164 yeah and because we are so young, ive gained more in the few months after school than i did for the first 12 months of working out.

  • i hate making breakfast inj the morning and this is so great because i can make it the night befor, i am also using this instead of a plain protein shake

  • saw it was done i went out in the kitchen made it in under 5 minutes and drank it all cleaned it all up got back here in max 10min and damn a nice recipe! :D

  • I tried this recipe and there was a problem. The grinded oats stayed at the bottom of the shake which is not very practical when your on the go. Even when i shaked it, the oats quickly sunk to the bottom, and i only put 1/2 cup of oats. How can i fix or prevent this problem?

  • @0680496 you can grind them up first, that might help.

  • @0680496 blend it longer

  • Does the protien powder have any kind of sweetner in it?

  • dude you are the best your videos have helped me alot

  • @isujon I second that

  • Hey Michael - another awesome one I have found is to use chocolate protein powder and coffee. Tastes awesome - try it! Great videos; absolutely 100% useful; keep it up!

  • What brand is your blender?

  • hey just wondering how many Grams of protein is in 2 scoops?

    Cheers

  • Just want to know, are weight gaining supplements such as protein powders good for teens. I don't consume it a lot, but usually after a workout. Please answer thanks.

  • haha i eat those almonds too. sams club right?

  • thank you sooo much! I will definitely try it out this year!

  • Hey is your scoope of protein powder 41g?

  • lolol time for a new shaker cup man that one is stained yellow

  • u just saved my life!!

  • But if you COULD, use milk instead. This meal contains complex carbs, whey, healthy fats, but no casein. U can get that from milk. Cheers

  • I have a question : these supplements are easier to be assimilated/absorbed/synthesized than natural protein, carbs, amino acids?

  • what do you think about Frappe(Caffeine)?it can be added to that shake?

  • If a protein shake is mixed..i thought you should drink it asap as it will lose its benefits if left for a long time?

  • From where we get the fats from this meal ? oats ?

  • @ganee6a

    the peanutbutter/almonds

  • @ganee6a Peanut butter

  • @MrNEPatriots51 ok, i will add only oats, iso100 (0 fats protein) and skimmed milk cuz i have a fridge at work , i guess this way i will eliminate much fats, thanks for the reply man

  • i suggest if u use scale of SCOOP instead of CUP for the oats

  • so for 1 serving you need

    1 cup water

    1 scoop whey protein

    1/2 cup oats

    1 tbsp peanut butter

    Am i right?

  • @leanbodylifestyle i have been watching your videos for so long i am from india but the only complaint we have is the protien powder its so expensive in india so plz try to do videos without the whey protien as much as possible love you tho :-)

  • wait, i found the ingredients....thanks a lot!

  • hey michael, can you tell me the ingredients please? the sound is gone in my computer, so i can't listen, thanks a lot...and one last question... can i drink the shake if i'm not doing workout? greetings buddy

  • i found that blending the oats and protein powder 30 seconds b4 adding liquid helps it be smoother .... love this recipe!!

  • love raw oats... eat them every a.m. thanks michael!

  • I will have to try this. I'm usually not too find of water shakes though...might just have to tough it out, I have around 4 back-to-back classes around an hour each, on tues and thurs. About 6 hours...and i find it extremely tough to eat since i get no lunch..

  • I've read that the protein powder ideally should be consumed straight away. Is this just a myth or can you keep protein powder mixed up for several hours?

  • love yooou. please make something to eat for pre-workout nutrition

  • @leanbodylifestyle

Yea we can bring our own lunch so I will probably use it then... But as for an in between meal I don't think I'll be able to.

  • Well I'm effed... We can't have any liquids but water in class and I don't have time to try and drink half of this between classes without getting caught. I could drink it for lunch.... My schools food is sh*t except for the fake McRibs and the mystery meat sandwich lol

  • @Sooners4ever25 Wow... Why can't you have any liquids?

  • Blenders are f**cking hard to clean, just saying.

  • @wirboy91 Rinse. Add soap+water. Blend. Rinse.

    Works for me.

  • @wirboy91 I find it quite easy, but again I have only used it for smoothies atm. I add hot water with a bit of soap and blend it up xD

  • IF + IIFYM.

  • @bde1828 very stupid question...dude from leanbodylifestyle is shredded, GTFO with your bulking & cutting crap. I'm sure he follows a consistently clean diet. Lol @ Bulking and cutting. Pls leave.

  • Thanks

  • how much does 1 cup equal out to in grams. or is it the same as the scooper in the whey protein

    thanks

  • do some flexing. please. so we see, if your food works.

  • thanks ! ill use this for my lunch sub when i go back to school, my school serves only white bread :/

  • great vid

  • The classic protein shake! Good stuff here, Kory.

  • hey just wondering but my school don't allow use to bring nuts or to have anything with nuts in the product. so what could i do

  • Hey man great videos, I was wondering what kind of blender you use because mine is a piece of shit and need something better, like what model do you have thanks and keep up the awsome work!

  • I cant buy this ELITE 30 HYDROLYZED WHEY PROTEIN in UK :(

I looked at their website but they don't ship in England UK :(

  • @sp5286 yeah I tried ordering dymatize whey once from amazon, it never arrived BUT try Gold Standard--they have many different flavors or 'flavours' as y'all would say. vanilla icecream and milk chocolate are great--also great combined. there are other exotic flavors too such as chocolate mint, cookie dough, mocha, and all the fruit ones. there are cheaper brands out there but make sure they have all the bcaas. esp leucine!

  • i drink something like that with curd and a banana for breakfast haha - 900 caloreis^^

  • too much fat per serving, but great idea thanks!

  • id skip the peanutbutter...

  • Excelent!

  • Love making these, I use skim milk and frozen fruit with nutmeg and cinnamon to flavor.

  • Melk! I love it!

  • *Talking about oats* "People ask if this is safe to eat raw...."

Which dumb motherfuckers are asking that?

  • @AtoZyzzyva you just made my day,

  • @AtoZyzzyva

In "their" defense, considering pretty much every packaging of Oats products always say to cook on the back, it's not unreasonable that people - especially folks new to healthy eating - would double-check if it's safe to eat raw.

Most people think "oatmeal" and immediately think cook in microwave.

    Just sayin'

  • @jgq85

It's not like oats are some fucking animal roaming around a field, they are stupid, end of.

  • @AtoZyzzyva

Anything that's not meat can be, and is best to be eaten, raw.

    Noted.

  • @AtoZyzzyva lol that made me giggle because I thought the samething

  • @AtoZyzzyva youll be surprised.....

  • Awesome stuff brotha! Keep em coming

  • More on the go stuff would be really appreciated

  • @IrishRhavin agreed

  • Thanks again bro. Anymore "on the go" for school/ work?

  • CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN?

I saw a comment once "fats dont matter on a diet, look out for sugar"

    why is that??

  • @JamilELBarbir2

I'm sure they meant healthy fats.

There are fats and bad fats.

    For example:

Good fats- nuts, olive oils, peanut butter.

Bad fats- fried foods, processed foods, meats with fat on it.

    hope that helped.

  • @somedudenamdjosh

There are good fats and bad fats***

    lls

  • @JamilELBarbir2 healthy fats dont make you fat... simple sugars and simple carbs make you fat

  • @EB5005 NO your totally wrong. eating fat won't make you fat nor eating simple carbs. The only thing that will make you fat is if you surpass your Total Daily Calorie Intake. Just hit your MACROS daily,

  • @bde1828 Dude How do i calculate my daily MACROS??........Please help if you can because i've been having protein shake and do cardio and weight exercises but no weight loss at all :(

  • @sp5286 Get 1g/1 lbm of Protein or more. Get 1lbm /.45g of Fat or more. The rest comes from carbs or a combination of p/c/f.

    Ex.

First find your calorie intake: Use Mifflen-St Jeor Formula.

A guy weights 150 lbs with 15% BodyFat. Maintenance Calories: 2200

lbs x bf = total, lbs - total= LBM (Lean Body Mass)

    150 x .15= 22.5, 150 - 22.5= 127.5 LBM

    Protein: 127.5 grams

Fat: 62 grams (Cut Protein in Half)

Carbs: The rest of the calories can come from carbs or a combination of p/c/f.

  • @JamilELBarbir2 sugar will spike your insulin if im not mistaken. and when you spike your insulin, you body recharges the gylcogen in your muscles. it also helps your body send the protein to your muscles due to higher blood sugar levels. you should only have simple carbs/sugars after a workout when your muscles are depleted in gylcogen, as it just helps the body use the protein more effectivly. bad if you wanna eat simple carbs/sugar all the time because your body is storing calories all the t

  • @baldevbains thx alot!

  • @baldevbains correct. mix in dextrose with whey after. and for before people say different stuff but oatmeal is better for before.

  • how much sodium do you consume each day?

  • Did you have to dehydrate yourself to get that skin-tight picture in your intro?

I doubt you did since you eat pretty healthy. I'm just curious.

  • Does it take good?

  • i don't have protein powder what to substitute????????

  • Each serving has:

    360 calories

    11g fat

    32g carbs

    34.5g protein

  • @leanbodylifestyle Sorry for my stupidity bro, its like 3 am where i live and haven't slept yet :P

  • where did you get the water bottle

  • @leanbodylifestyle What are your macros? Are you bulking or cutting?

  • @leanbodylifestyle Hey Michael, can I use a whole egg or some low-fat yoghurt instead of protein powder?

  • yummy...forget the xpensive shakeology ;) lol

  • best vid so far

  • I love how you fast forward through the boring parts :)

  • Are you sure 1 cup of oats only has 32 grams carbs?

  • @twothumbsupfly The recipe makes 2 servings, so the whole recipe has 64g carbs.

  • @TheAnonymousTips ye i kind of noticed that after michael replied -.- and you should of read the comment that i posted right after he replied.

  • awesome

  • first...thanks
