actually, there is pretty good research showing that "um" is a signal that the person is actually thinking. An absence of verbal dysfluencies means that you are scripted. Also, people only notice these pauses if they are not paying attention to the content of the speech.

Sorry, I though you looked uninterested in the whole thing throughout almost all the episode. It looked like you were only there to hold the mike. The interviewees mostly talked to the cameras rather than with you and you looked quite apprehensive about the whole thing.

Love the way it captured the real personality of Dartanian Jujitsu. It was intersting to watch -- guaged by how little I read the stupid trivia that would pop up. But something was missing, like I just wanted some more energy from you. Especially in those moments where you had the odd sexual tension with the very cute trainer. More humor would have kept me from squirming! Just a first impression but those count a lot!!
