  • I don't get how people can go without meat, how do you ever get full then by eating fish and veggies? I mean I know when I eat salmon and veggies I'm hungry an hour later again. When I eat Chicken breast I feel full for a good couple of hours.

    When he said only fish and veggies I had to rewind it bc I couldn't believe it. But people with serious, and I mean serious training regiments will eat around 6 medium sized meals a day.

  • @17thwonder That's the goal. Eating multiple meals, smaller meals throughout the day. By the time the salmon and veggies wear off, time for another small meal. It keeps the body's fire (metabolism) burning hotter. And Ray said it best; plenty of water. I started drinking 3 Liters a day with a slight modification to my diet. I feel so much better.

  • @17thwonder well you make a valid point. a person's body does need FAT. you can get fat without the beef and pork. the thing is, beef and pork take a long time to digest and if you eat now, you'll have to wait up to three hours before working out. but your body needs fat to feel full because it triggers a hormone response that makes you feel full. nuts, olive oil, and fatty fish can bring that healthy fat into your diet.
