Hi! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many extraordinary things about it and my work buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

Since I don't know how you are eating now and I don't know the specifics of your problem, I am unable to determine if changing your diet will help you. However, for most people who eat the standard American Diet (SAD), switching to a healthy eating plan makes a huge difference in the long run. Usually other causes if a disease process need to be addressed as well. For more info on my websites, google Bessie Jo Tillman, MD
@Cummnz Yes, small amounts of brown rice are ok. If you look at the eating plan in the cookbook, you will see that each meal has a balance of protein, fat and carbohydrates with about 1/4 cup each of a protein source, 1/4 cup whole non-gluten grain or bean, 1/4 cup root vegetable and 1/4 cup each of 5 different colored vegetables. These make a beautiful delicious, balanced meal. Of course, each person can adjust this eating plan to what works best for her body.

@Cummnz You made a great observation! Mushrooms are not recommended for the Candida diet. I should have left them out. We found that potatoes are ok when they are eaten in small amounts, like 1/4 to 1/3 cup for the meal.

The intellectus 424 diet looks like the Diet Solution to me. From the video it appears to be a good eating plan. Dr. Jo

I have been suffering with the same problem now for 8 years. Do you think that just a change of diet could really help me?
