clearly Russia can sell fuel rods to Iran. Clearly Russia & Iran oil revenues go up with sanctions as the oil still flows. MKO has a very long history of such terrors in Iran and knows how to organize and execute those terrors. It can be that some Persian gulf Arabic countries like Saudi Arabia are also engaged in that. Saudi Arabia is also afraid of Iran being a nuclear power. They have supported Saddam in his war against Iran in the past and also have supported the terrorist groups like Jundollah against the Iranians in the past which has executed many terror attacks in Iran by now.

It is obvious that Israel and MKO are behind these terror attacks and killings. Israel is afraid of Iran's nuclear activities and thinks Iran is trying to make nuclear weapons and threat their security. MKO also knows that if the Iranian regime becomes nuclear then the west and the Americans would change their policy of regime change in Iran. This would mean they would never come to power in Iran. So they are united to cooperate against Iran and these terrors are their work.

The fact is that nationalism in the US/Europe is very low and the 'west' is actually a lot more divided than it seems itself to be. Iran knows this, that's why it can be defiant. IF a war occurs, Iran has the potential to draft, it has strong neighboring allies, it knows and is familiar with its own geography. It can 'win' the war, but its economy would suffer terribly.

@streetmuggedbypolice And nukes are not a viable option, if nukes are used it would be almost impossible to prevent its radiation from spreading to Russia. Plus, if Iran gets nuked then think about what this will look like from the perspective of the Russians and the Chinese. They will see this as a direct attack towards them... as in...if they don't do something about it that sometime within the next decade or two America will have no trouble nuking Moscow or Beijing.
