    And really, genetic fingerprinting is used to solve crimes in this country. Have to remember that at least in britain we have european laws to obey so we can't enter into a eugenics program.

    However it would be a good idea to modify the sperm of people with genetic disorders who want to have children, so that the children don't have the disorder passed down to them. That way nobody dies and over a few generations the disorders'd be gone.
