I totally had a brain fart while watching this. I was thinking, "How did her dreads get so long? Did I miss something?" lol. The extensions look good! I know this is very ignorant, but I'm going 2 say it anyway. I always thought people with dreads had smelly hair. I know dreads are a pain 2 wash; but washing only once a week doesnt sound so clean. I know if I dont wash my hair at least every other day, it will have that oily/dirty hair/scalp smell-not 2 mention being around smokers all the time.

@MACingyouup youre right, smoke smell does get into your hair..and your clothes as well. but, like the clothes, a one time wash is good and its back to normal. my hair is greasy naturally and a moisturized scalp is key when it comes to dreads. they can put a lot of wear and tear on your scalp..and it tends to get irritated. i wash my bangs daily. washing my dreads more than once a week makes them frizzy and unmanageable and leaves my scalp super dry. also, cleaner dreads form faster..

@MACingyouup "normal hair" is dirtier than my dreads especially when you get into all the residues and chemicals left behind from mainstream shampoo and conditioner.
