  • @fudgekookies yeah....you just had to press "T"

  • @fudgekookies all you had to do was press "T" :o)

  • Wrong aspect ratio. FIX IT!

  • Now I play PS3 with High Definition large screen and a good sound system 3D surround sound awesome and some awesome games like gran turismo 5 and battlefield 2 online that is seriously awesome AMAZING

  • damn I had over 1000 games And didnt know which one to choose. So I programmed a BASIC programm with which I could choose my game...

Normally I would prever INt. karate or the plus version, but also the games california games or winter/ summer edition commando green beret paper boy north&south or whatever funny game damn these games were so much fun But now not so nice to look at anymore. • awesome hit sounds even when not hitting, this kick ass hehehehehehe, a magic game i remember

  • legs too short, arms too long!

  • LOL 20 years left since i saw this last time!

  • Sooooooooo many good memories. Thank you.

  • Just wanted to say, that IK+:s music is better on ST. No trolling, just is. Peace boys.

  • @hanhi

Well, Archer Maclean always was an Atari boy, first and foremost. Although the Amiga was really the successor machine to the Atari 800, and the ST was the successor to the Commodore 64, in terms of the teams who built those respective machines.

  • @hanhi

    Ummm...I just listened to it.

You actually had me going there for a while!

  • @hanhi - Get your ears cleaned out. The Atari ST music sounds gay and weak compared to the excellent Amiga version. You're probably an ST owner who is ashamed. Not to worry. The Commodore Amiga was the best home computer compared to any other of its time. Dedicated chips for pretty much anything. It kicked ass and, naturally, Atari ST owners were upset.

  • @jcpadmore - I didn't mean the quality of the sound or is it mono or stereo. I meant, that in the ST version, theres better groove. It's more danceable, so to speak... Now isn't that right, come on old boy admit iiit..

  • @hanhi - No. You won't convince me otherwise. The Atari ST version sounds rubbish compared to the Amiga version.

  • @hanhi it is the exact same tune only the ST version is much worse sound a lot less backing sounds and has zero bass, it also cuts out all the time while fighting, how is that groovy lmao admiot it man, its been 20 damn years and ST owners are still in denial :P

  • @spacecoke I just listened both of them again and Amiga-IK still got better sounds and ST-IK got the groove. Well, got to admit it was hard to top Amiga back in the days, but you know how it is, you got to fight for your own team :-)

  • @spacecoke Nah they are just kidding, Atari ST owners know that the Amiga is much more powerful but when they say that the ST is better they are mostly joking (a prime example is Benzaie's Toki & jim power review)

In the end we were just friends, Awesome guys :)

  • @jcpadmore I still prefer the chiptune feel the st version had

  • @jcpadmore Well, When i was young my dad bought me a Atari 800xl and later a ST. Good machines, but i will always admit the CBM64 and Amiga were better. It's a simple fact.

  • This is still cool even though it's 23 years old!! Instead of the complicated games like Tekken & Soul Calibur, they should bring this out on PS3, but keep it 2D and make the detail better. I hate "3D" beat 'em ups - they're just generic these days and try to outdo each other with special FX. We've all seen how popular 2D games like Angry Birds have been, so do something really cool with 2D for a change. Imagine what they could do with this game using the power of the PS3?!!! It'd be amazing!

  • @jcpadmore Ive been making this scene in UDK.. (Unreal Dev Kit) hopefully I can release it on iphone oneday

  • What a game!!!!!!!!

  • Loved watching the back ground in this game. Birds flying over the tori, fish, periscopes, falling leaves, glimmering sunset and best of all Pacman. I'm sure at some point in this game some ghosts or a ghost chases Pacman. That maybe a false memory tho.

  • I just love the music in this game.

  • Fantastic game !!

  • If anyone want's it, they ported it to GBA for Europe in 2002. It's a Faithful port of the old Amiga/Atari ST version.

They also brought that version to the US as "Chop 'n Drop".

  • OSTIAS COMO PANES!!!! jajajajaja

  • Fkin Awesome game!! i loved how you could hold a strike after you hit them to look as if you were posing! and the sound effects wore awesome! =D

  • i feel young again

  • The game was insane on turbo

  • is the site to download it offered in the description safe?

  • Thx Archer Maclean! +thank you to lax copyright for allowing all those enter the dragon s/fx (anyone remember Barbarian with the s/fx ripped straight from the movie Red Sonia! oh happy days). IK+ was awesome, apart from you always having to have that 1 cpu player when playing against another person. Have some great memories of playing it in turbo mode and doing super speed head-butts across the screen wiping out all opposition :)

Then there were all the secret codes like 'Wan*ker' or hitting T

  • This music is so awesome... In many games that the same piece of music is heard constantly, no matter how good it is, it gets boring. This music here, even though it never stops during the game, it never gets boring!

  • LOL @ 52 seconds

  • The sound effects in this game is from Bruce lee's ENTER THE DRAGON

  • we all know how important solid sounds are - especially for a fighting game.

The sounds haven't dated a bit since the game release. If anything, they just get cooler! :)

  • @cokeCph that's why it's so COOL! :) i loved to kick some ass in that game

  • @cokeCph hahah i thought that too, wudnt suprize me if they were

  • Sehr schönes Amiga Spiel, woran auch noch die jüngere Generation (sprich mein Sohn) Freude dran hat.

Also von mir eine glatte 1+

  • Aaah memories. remember getting almost 100k points but did not quite make it. Always wondered if there would be a bonus if that score was beaten.

  • Archer Maclean... one man game making machine.

  • Triplets shouldn't fight.

  • thats how I gratuated 6th level black belt, bouncing balls of a trashcan-lid

  • HYA! HYA!

  • One of the best games ever; the sound effects are fantastic, with the duller 'boing' sound that the heads make when they bounce off the shield in the bonus game is a fantastic touch.

  • this will become my new cell ringtone :)

  • always genius how they used the sound samples from ENTER THE DRAGON :D

  • my favorite on the C64

  • this game is minted played it every day when i got home from school lol class vid
