@DrZarkloff thanks for the fast response ! the vanes are tight but my first guess was the motor. the fact that there is no vibration when spun by hand really didn't make sense.and the fact that the fan never hit 100% run messed me up. if the ICM wasn't $300 i would have swapped it out first. if i had more room i would have pulled the blower fan right away.not sure if i have clearance to even get it out. will let u know on the outcome. thanks again Tim
It sounds like your motor has bad bearings or the blower wheel has loose vanes.
