What really amazes me about this is that somehow the little ball pops the bubble in the "starting position". after the bubble starts popping, the ball goes through the other side of the bubble in the SAME EXACT moment when the bubble finishes popping.. how?

Weird how the projectile hit the other side of the bubble remnants at the exact moment that the structure finished disintegrating. I wonder if there is a direct correlation between the speed/energy introduced to break the bubble and the speed at which it disintegrates, or if it was just a coincidence. It would be interesting to see a faster projectile or even a powerful laser pulse though a bubble. An acoustic blast would be interesting too.

@mathlete31415 Actually, if you look, the ball bearing isn't actually inside the bubble. The bubble's surface pushed back where the ball bearing hit it until the surface tension grew too great and the bubble popped.
