What you are seeing is called a "Sun Dog"...when ice crystals form in high cloud, sunlight is directed through the crystals producing this effect.

Sometimes you will get two Sun dogs, one on each side.

I don't know if Nibiru is true or not. But What I do know is that Brown dwarfs cannot exist within our solar system and not have any affect to planetary orbit whatsoever. One teaspoon of brown dwarf material weighs about ten billion tonnes. If it ever entered our solar system, it would supercede the suns orbit with no problem.
